Refund Policy

At Backyard Landscaping Co., we are committed to delivering high-quality landscaping services and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our Return and Refund Policy is designed to provide clarity on the rights and responsibilities of both parties in the event of any issues with our services or products.

1. Services

If you believe that the landscaping services provided do not meet the agreed-upon specifications or have not been carried out with reasonable care and skill, please notify us promptly. We will assess the situation and, if appropriate, offer to re-perform the services at no additional cost within a reasonable timeframe and without significant inconvenience to you. If re-performance is not feasible or does not resolve the issue, you may be entitled to a price reduction, up to the full amount paid for the services, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

2. Goods

For any goods supplied as part of our services (e.g., plants, outdoor furniture), if they are found to be faulty or not as described, you have the right to reject them within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. After this period, we will offer a repair or replacement. If the issue persists after one attempt to repair or replace, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund.

3. Combined Goods and Services

In projects involving both goods and services, such as the design and construction of garden features, if the outcome does not conform to the contract, you may choose remedies applicable to either goods or services. This may include re-performance of services, repair or replacement of goods, or a price reduction. 

4. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a project before completion, please provide reasonable notice. You may be responsible for any costs incurred up to the point of cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a project under exceptional circumstances, providing reasonable notice and refunding any payments for uncompleted work.
